Delete your account

Verify your account using the form above, then type DELETE and confirm. Your account is only deleted after you select “Permanently delete my account”.

Before deleting your account, withdraw available funds and resolve active savings, investments, and pending transactions. If you need help, contact support before continuing.

• Account deletion removes your access to Jara and may not be reversible.
• Never send your password, PIN, one-time passcode, BVN, NIN, or payment-card details by email.

Some records may need to be retained after account closure to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution obligations. Where retention is required, we limit access and use of those records to the applicable purpose and keep them only for the required period.

Financial and identity-verification partners may also retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy notices. Deleting your Jara account does not automatically delete records those partners are required to keep.
